After a great date, Leonard tries to kiss Penny in the hallway, but he realizes that the guys have secretly mounted cameras to spy on them. He tries to convince Penny to come to her, but she misunderstands his motives and says they should slow down a bit. ' Later Penny confides to Sheldon that he feels insecure because he believes they are not smart enough for Leonard. Asks Sheldon to keep the secret thing that he is not at all good. After a glass of warm milk right the valium, the guy spills the beans. Leonard tries to convince Penny that has nothing to worry about, but the thing backfires, and Penny does not want to see him.
Episode 2: The codpiece topology (the topology of Athletic)
Leslie Winkle, Leonard proposes to reconsider their relationship. Sheldon Leonard then hunt from the apartment to spend time with her alone. Sheldon, who hates Leslie, constantly interrupts their appointments, then asks for advice on what to do to Penny, reaching even to suggest to go back to Penny with Leonard. Penny returns home and meets a boy with Leonard and Leslie on the landing. Both then try to annoy the other angling to do with your partner. In the end, breaks with Leslie Sheldon because he supports the theory of strings Sheldon against the theory of Loop Quantum Gravity by Leslie.
Episode 3: The Barbarian Sublimation (The Barbarian Sublimation)
Penny feels frustrated by his repeated failures in everything they do. It then becomes addicted to an online game, "The Age of Conan," and continues to plague because Sheldon will help to overcome the various levels. When it exceeds all bounds, entering his room in the middle of the night, he decides to have enough, creates a profile on a dating site and take home a boy who he believed would be the perfect date. All the boys try to show their support and their happiness, except Sheldon, who does not understand why Raji is considered exceptional for having discovered something that already existed. As Raj is becoming more arrogant, Leonard and Wolowitz let us start to find it increasingly difficult to be supportive and try to avoid it. Raj invites to the party of the magazine, but they all refuse the invitation. Raj then calls Penny, who accepts, but the guy ends up getting drunk really.
Episode 5: The Euclid Alternative (The Euclid Alternative)
Leonard is forced to work at night, and this leaves Sheldon without a ride to get to work. Asks Penny, then Wolowitz, then Koothrappali, but in one way or another is always going to bore them to the point that they refuse to be his driver. The group then decided to get him to get a license. The first step would be to take the pink sheet, but Sheldon thinks that the questions are misplaced and ends up annoying the employee of the engine so much that she gives him the paper without even taking the test. Since no one wants to practice with Sheldon, Wolowitz is equipped with a simulator because the boy can work out in the guide. The result is a disaster and it is now clear to everyone that Sheldon is not cut out for driving.
Episode 6: The Cooper-Nowitzki Theorem (The Cooper-Nowitzki Theorem)
After speaking at a seminar for students, Sheldon is a groupie, Ramona Nowitzki. And 'young, beautiful and ready to do everything for Sheldon, so he can concentrate on his work. Leonard, Penny, Wolowitz and Koothrappali remain puzzled by the attentions of Ramona, especially when they transcend the professional boundaries. While they try to understand what are the "flavors" of Sheldon, this initially seems fascinated by so much attention. But when they let us start to be much too, Sheldon has no idea how to get out of the situation.
Episode 7: The Panty Pinata Polarization (Polarization of Pignatta)
Penny is now part of the group of Leonard and Sheldon, so he must obey the rules of the house. After the third strike, Sheldon the bans. Leonard is frustrated because he and Penny had finally re-established a friendly relationship, but Sheldon seems adamant. Leonard goes to Penny and Sheldon asks her to apologize for making peace, but she says that the boy is too favoring Sheldon and she has no intention of doing so. Unfortunately, this leads to a war between Sheldon and Penny, and things degenerate to such an extent that Sheldon arrives to steal the clothes of Penny. In the end, Leonard is from Penny and Sheldon reveals the kryptonite - the phone number of his mother. Meanwhile, Wolowitz and Raj are aware of the reality show "America's Next Top Model" and are obsessed with finding the house where live models.
Episode 8: The Lizard-Spock Expansion (The Lizard and Spock Expansion)
Leonard, Sheldon and Koothrappali are using rock-paper-scissors-lizard-Spock for what to watch on television, when they are interrupted by a phone call from Wolowitz. The boy picked up a woman, Stephanie, telling her that he would let us drive the Mars Rover, unfortunately, though, the car ends up falling into a ditch and Howard needs the help of others. Leonard Stephanie goes home, while Sheldon and Wolowitz Koothrappali help. Leonard and Stephanie end up kissing in the car and start dating. Wolowitz is furious, but retraces his steps when the two invite him on a double date with the roommate Sephanie.
Episode 9: The White Asparagus Triangulation (The Asparagus Triangulation)
Leonard continues to be seen with Stephanie and things are looking even better than expected. Sheldon, however, is worried that Leonard is not handling things the right way, in Sheldon really likes Stephanie and it is extremely important that the report of Leonard goes well. Leonard examines the failings of the beginning in a relationship from the point of view of Penny, then orchestrates the things in order to appear more masculine Leonard. When this turns against him, he decided to hack Leonard's Facebook page, and changes its status to "busy". Leonard is furious that Sheldon has forced the first to say the virtual equivalent of "I love you", but when Stephanie does the same, all ends well.

Episode 11: The Bath Item Gift Hypothesis (Hypothesis of Bath Salts)
Leonard meets the scientist David Underhill, who is virtually the opposite: beautiful, charming and cool. Initially this set of physical brain and do not like to Leonard, but when Hill asks him to help him in his research, the boy accepts with joy. The boys are thrilled to have built a killer robot named Monte for a round of combat between robots. But Kripke challenges them to a duel and Sheldon accepts. The duel ends with the destruction of Mt. Penny finally tells Wolowitz what she thinks of her crudely to treat women and he is devastated by his comment, Leonard convinces her to apologize. Initially she feels compassion for Howard, but he once again misreads the signals and Penny has a violent reaction.
Episode 13: The Friendship Algorithm (The Friendship Algorithm)
Sheldon needs to use a new super computer that has just arrived at the University. When Leonard informs him that Kripke controls who can use the computer and doing it using only his friends, Sheldon does befriend Kripke's his mission. The boys are initially skeptical that Sheldon is able to become friends with someone, but he decided to approach it in a scientific manner and process of friendship algorithm. Kripke agrees with Sheldon and see things do not seem to be going well until Sheldon asks the other to use the computer. Kripke says he has no control over who can use the equipment and that everything that Sheldon has to do is make a reservation. Sheldon realizes that all his research was unnecessary and download now his new friend.
Episode 14: The Financial Permeability (The permeability of Finance)
When Penny runs into financial trouble, Sheldon gladly offers to lend money. Penny feels uncomfortable with the idea of receiving money from him and begins to show signs of frustration that Sheldon sent in total confusion. Leonard soon discovers that the economic hardships of Penny began when he loaned money to her ex-boyfriend, Kurt, who has never returned them to him. Unbeknownst to Penny, Leonard decides to confront Kurt and get back the money back. Things did not go exactly as planned for Leonard, but Kurt runs live to return the money to Penny, who is so impressed by the gesture of the boy to believe that has changed. Penny agrees therefore with dismay Leonard, going to dinner with him.
Episode 15: The Maternal Capacitance (Capacity The Nursery)
Leonard's mother, a brilliant neuroscientist who has no familiarity with the appropriate interactions with the heat, or human, comes to town to visit. During his stay, due to emotional disturbances in all, except in Sheldon, who is amazed by how similar. Leonard and Penny seek comfort in a bottle of tequila.
Episode 16: The Cushion Saturation (Saturation of the cushion)
Leslie Wolowitz begins to see with the blessing of Leonard. You have access to unlimited funds, which used to fund research Wolowitz, while the other boys find themselves on a shoestring budget. Howard soon realizes that Leslie is going to have a relationship of convenience with no real involvement and feelings and questions whether she is willing to be used as a sex toy, the dilemma, however, only takes a minute. Meanwhile Penny accidentally ruins cushion Shelson: the psychosis of the boy reaches a new level as she tries unsuccessfully to a new place to sit inside the apartment.
Episode 17: The Terminator Decoupling (The Terminator Binary)
The children want to attend a symposium in San Francisco that will also Dr. George Smoot (Nobel Prize for his work on Big Bang) in San Francisco. Sheldon decides for all that the best way to travel is by train. Initially, the others are not thrilled, but soon changed his mind when they discover that the "Terminator" Summer Glau is traveling on their own car. Koothrappali, Wolowitz and Leonard bet on who will win. Sheldon has forgotten his home in the USB stick that contains a search that would present to Dr. Smooth at the symposium. Initially would like to go back, but Leonard convinces him to call Penny, who has a copy of the key to their apartment. Sheldon reluctantly agrees and allows Penny to enter a place that no woman has ever seen her room.
Episode 18: The Work Song nanoclusters (The Aggregation of the hairpin)
Sheldon helps Penny to leave with his new business, making hair clips. The boys join the project and open a website to help you sell, but things get out of hand and find themselves having to make one thousand buds Penny in one night. Sheldon tasted his first cup of coffee, which has an unexpected effect on him.
Episode 19: The Dead Hooker Juxtaposition (The juxtaposition of the new tenant)
Penny has just become one of the boys, dresses and sporting ties her hair in a ponytail. When a new, sexy girl moved into the building, Leonard, Wolowitz and Koothrapali go crazy for her and do everything she asks, doing crazy Penny. When the new girl gets a part in CSI and no longer needs the boys downloads them, and this sets off a fight between her and Penny.
Episode 20: The Hofstadter Isotope (The Hofstadter Isotope)
Penny remains fascinated by the comic book salesman who attend the boys. Leonard is devastated and can not believe that Penny would go out with "one of them" that is not him. Sheldon interrupts the appointment of Penny and Stuart, dragging the boy into a discussion about Batman. Penny ends up falling asleep on the couch while the two argue over who should be the successor to Robin Batman.
Episode 21: The Vegas Renormalization (The normalization of Las Vegas)
When Wolowitz is downloaded from Leslie, the boys take him to Las Vegas, but he spends all his time hiding in the room spying on the girl's Facebook page. Leonard and Raj at the end of the room with a prostitute. Sheldon stays at home and finds himself shut out from the apartment. Then ends up spending the night by Penny.
Episode 22: The Classified Materials Turbulance (The Turbulence of loaf)
Stuart, the clerk of the comic, Leonard asks advice in view of his date with Penny. He advises him to act like it is very shy. Later, Leonard finds out from Stuart that the meeting between the two has gone wrong because while you were kissing Penny, she said the name of Leonard. Meanwhile, Wolowitz realizes that, in designing the toilets of the International Space Station, has forgotten a particular key. All the boys then try to help you adjust the water space.
Episode 23: The Monopolar Expedition (The Monopolar Expedition)
The rector of Sheldon proposes to lead an expedition to the Arctic three months. These invites children to join him and be his team. After many jokes about how difficult it would spend an entire summer in a place so closely with Sheldon, decide, given that this is as good a career opportunity, to get over it. When Penny heard the news, buy a blanket with sleeves for Leonard. He does not know how to take it, because it still harbors feelings towards the girl and wonders if that gesture could mean that she has feelings for him. He decides to ask the meaning of the gift, and she tells him will miss him, but what would really not want to tell him is that he left. The season ends with the boys, including Leonard, in a hut in the Arctic.
